Bigfoot 15B17G 1986, how pull out mosquito net?

I have this caravan since June and we are to finalize the cleaning.
Mosquito nets are firmly in place and I do not want to force at the risk of breaking.
Is it someone can guide me for this task?

These windows were replaced by the last owner, whom he ordered directly of the supplier of Bigfoot from British-Columbia...

Yes.
Grant Bilodeau from Bigfoot company , write to me, press down on the springs and remove from the top.
I press and noting move...
I think that screws were too much settled near rail and block the movement downward.

you might have got it backwards Gilles...

on mine they are really a tight fit.....you have to slide them back and forth... somewhere along the track....if you push them UP...the bottom will clear the bottom lip of the frame......that's the way they are on mine anyway
