Just got this 1992 Trailer and would like to know if it is OK to get on the roof for waxing and installation of a Max Air Vent. Thanks

Norm,

I have climbed on the roof of my 91 several times for waxing and to install my Fantastic Fan. I kind of lay on it to spred the weight around and always keep the ladder handy incase I hear and buckling.

So far I havent had any issues and it seems sturdy enough to hold my weight.

Thanks for your response and suggested way to wax the roof.

We had a 93" Bigfoot 17' and an 85" 5er before the 94" 5er we have now. I weigh 215#s and have been on the roof of all three to clean and wax once a year.
