A little follow up on advice that I had requested and followed up on. I returned today from a week in Kahneeta, OR. The 25RQ was perfect and our trip was enjoyable. Temperatures were 100 plus. The AC struggled but was considerably better than the larger units others had in our group.
Derek had posted he liked the P3 brake controller. I replaced my Voyager with a Prodigy and there is quite a positive difference in brake control. I also took Derek's advice on replacing my lug nuts and wheel center caps.
Bruce H and Bill on VanIsle gave me some tips on black tank cleaning. I followed both with good results.
With regard to towing, I use a 1/2 ton Titan. There are many grades getting to Kahneeta and the trailer towed like a dream. I wouldn't hesitate to go anywhere with this set up.
Another titan owner! One word of advice, if yours is an '04 or '05 (some), get the newer finned aluminum diff cover, or aftermarket one, and the lube needs to be switched from 75-90 to 75-140. They did this partway through '05, I think.
