The original Bolers were not designed to support this weight. If you put an AC up there you will run into "structural issues." There are a number of people who have installed window air conditioners in various different configurations. This may be a better option to consider.
Yeah Shane, save yourself untold grief. A roof A/C on a trailer not designed for the weight may end up creating a huge skylight, especially when the A/C hits the floor....

We have a 78 17' boler that we bought with an A/C on the roof. Works good and hasn't presented any problems. We have had the trailer for about 5 years and the A/C was on when we got the trailer. All good for when we need A/C.
