Boler Bath Window Gaskets

I am preparing to repair the leaking window in the bathroom of my Boler 1700. This will be my first window work. It is a Hehr crank-out window. I am looking for confirmation on which gaskets to order and advice on which rivets to drill out to remove the window.

Photos of existing window/gaskets below.

My Plan
1. Order Seals from Vintage Trailer Supply:
VTS-199: Hehr Standard Backframe Gasket
VTS-195: Hehr Standard Glass Seal (there is currently no seal on the glass)

2. Remove window from trailer:
I'm not sure which rivets are holding the window itself together and which are holding the window to the trailer.
*Rivets in each corner visible on both interior and lower exterior They do not go through anything on the exterior (you can see the edge of one in the gasket photo below.) I cannot see the upper corners on the exterior.
*A row along the top exterior, not visible on the interior.
*Rivets under the existing gasket on three sides, also not visible on the interior.

3. Clean window/trailer of old putty/gaskets/gunk

4. Install new gaskets, seal with butyl tape and screw back onto trailer with stainless steel screws.

The suggested gaskets were from a phone call with Vintage Trailer Supply.

Well since there were such a plethora of replies I went ahead and ordered the gaskets.

I also found a youtube video of someone replacing Hehr windows on a Shasta trailer and they were similar to my bath window, just bigger. So I will follow the tips from the video.

If I'm successful, will post. If I'm not, I'll probably post that as well!

Looks like you have a good handle on the situation.

A lot of the rivets holding exterior pieces (like the windows) are hidden on the inside by the insulation.

Start with the ones you can see holding it in place, and move on from there. There are some rivets that hold the frame together and from what I can see would not be required to be removed to replace the seal.
