Boler Door Fix - Please Help!

Hello everyone - I've read so many of your threads and answers since we bought our 1971 Boler 2 weeks ago! Its generally in pretty good shape and nearly roadworthy. Our biggest problem is the door.

The PO started a fix but hadn't finished.... There was water damage to the inside the door. The PO cut the inside of the door in half and took the bottom half off (too bad - DH would have separated then entire back half...) so now we have 1/4 of the door off and have removed all the swollen wood filler from the inside. NOW WHAT? How do we add support? Get the correct shape and fibreglass it back up? We have no previous fibreglass experience so we need all the details - its kind of a big first job!

We have a trailer tour and will be adding a swap meet this year for old parts you don't need anymore.

I'll post a pic this weekend - right now the fibreglass is off the frame and DH doesn't want me to open the door.

There are two documents in the Document Center that may help you. Remember, the Scamp is also an air-craft style door.
