Boler door weather stripping

My '77 17 ft Boler door closes very well, but it does need weatherstripping as the closing isn't "tight" ( 52 years takes a toll)!
I did buy some weather stripping that had a sticky side down and I put that around the door frame - but after 3 years, it has come loose.
Wondering if you had a product that works well, and is fairly thick?

We have had good luck with MD Expandable Foam WeatherSeal. We found it at Ace Hardware but it is available elsewhere. We don’t have any leaks in our door anymore and we have tried a lot of different sealing products before we found this,
