Boler Floor

I have to replace the sub floor in my Boler so I was wondering if anyone had a thread or info on how to replace the sub floor in a Boler. I need to know how it is secured and fastened to the fiberglass and frame.
Thanks for any help!

It is screwed to the frame and fiberglassed to the edges of the shell. Depending on what part of the floor might have to be replaced, it would probally be easier to gut the trailer to do the work. I was lucky and the previous owner had already done the floor replace before i bought my 1971 Boler.

Thanks for the response. When I am underneath my Boler all I can see is the shell bottom. So to confirm: the shell was put on the frame and then the floor was bolted to the frame through the shell too? Thanks.

Not sure how it was assembled the first time but to replace the wood floor it is bolted or screwed to the frame and then the edges are fiberglassed to the shell.

We have just replaced the floor in our Love Bug. Similar to the Boler but not quite the same, especially the floor. You might try starting here.

I did a search using the forum search engine (use the Google one at the bottom) and use quotes.

Floor again!

Anyone know of Boler's either having a gelcoat on the bottom of the shell or a fiberglass bottom under the floor? All I can see is gelcoat matching the top when looking underneath the trailer. Just picked up some heavy duty jack stands to lift the trailer up on so I can take some photos.

In our Earlton model of Boler the Floor is one with the walls and the skirt below the floor runs back up on the inside to the floor. The gel coat is the same as on the walls a soft yellow/white (the more I use compound on it the more yellow it looks) Maybe same as the bathroom colour.

Ours seems to be one piece on the bottom but I still have a restricted view. I'm having trouble seeing where the wood is fastened to the frame. Any ideas? Thanks

Ours is bolted through floor from above into frame but the linoleum is on top of the anchors/screws
P.S. one piece floor and sides up to middle band
