Just heading out for our first weekend in the Boler 17 we just acquired. The fridge isn't doing anything with the piezo, ie we don't think it is lighting. Working on electricity. Stove is working, so the LPG is flowing. Any tricks? Is the sparker thing fried? Is that a easy to find thingamajig? Thanks!

Hi: Peggy... Did you try holding the plunger in and lighting it with a BBQ/candle lighter??? Hold the plunger in for at least a min. count to 60 and see if it stays lit!!! Dirt/rust can be the culprit there. Alf S. North shore of Lake Erie

Sometimes it is hard to see the flame since it is a very small "pilot light" type flame. Are you sure it is not working.

Tricks can depend on the model ... what make/model is your fridge?

Okay, we tried again. Held the gas button for 60 seconds, checked again a few hours later, and the fridge is clearly not working on gas. Works on electric. No power where we are headed this weekend. It is a Dometic RM 360. Groan, are all our helpful friends already gone away for the long weekend? Thanks. Peggy

Can you tell us where that is, and how do we get at it? I found the manual in the Document Centre, all 52 pages of it! Thanks!

This manual is better and specific to the 360 series, it is only 19 pages and has a nice blow up on component locations.
