Hi all. Spent the weekend out at Cypress Hills. What a cool area! My interior mods are nearing completion and we're loving them. Unfortunately I now have two mechanically broken side windows. When I bought the Boler two years ago the driver's side window was screwed shut because the crank mechanism was broken and the window wouldn't stay shut. Not a big deal as once parked we could remove the screws and open the window. Now the crank mechanism on the other side window has broken as well. The little metal hinges that pivot the bottom pane both sheared off when my wife opened the window yesterday morning. Victim of 34 year old metal I guess.

Does anyone have any tips or ideas of where I could go to get replacement parts? Has anyone else had the same problem and if so is there an easy fix? Thanks.

(I can't post pics... apparently I need to shrink them?)

Thanks for the picture tips and the links. I guess I need to look around the site a bit more.

I've found a hinge that appears to be a match. It's a WCM Philips Hinge that comes in a few different sizes. It's hard to say from the cartoon but it looks like it might be a match. If it is indeed what I'm looking for my next question will be how to remove the rivet from the existing hinge and install the new one? One step at a time though.
