Boler stove removal

I have a 17' 1978 Boler that I'm fixing up. As the wood frame structure that holds the the stove and sink has bowed somewhat, I want to remove stove (with 2 propane burners) in order to repair/replace parts of wood frame. Wonder if anyone could give me some info on this process?

Turning the trailer upside down like that seems like a good way to get the stove out. Maybe it's stuck?
