I broke a window panel on my trillium 76 ,13'.
I can have a new panel for it , but is there a technique to fit back with the rubber liner the glass into the aluminium frame?

I had the same issue and found a complete used replacement window through Joe at Trillium Outback in Calgary.
Much easier to replace the whole window, and the cost with shipping was around $100. Might want to check with them ... google trillium trailer (I'm not sure if I can paste the link )

Glass companies often use a glazing tape which is attached around the glass then inserted into the aluminum frame. If you want to keep it original Vintage Trailer Supply sells the "U" gasket.

I just had this done recently, though I wimped out and had the glass guy do the work. (Just removed the whole single louver section and dropped it off). I've snookered myself before into thinking I had measurements right only to get home with the wrong sized piece and now prefer to let them make the measurements etc. Cost about twenty bucks, and they did a great job.

Per gasket:

My gasket was in perfectly sound condition despite being original and thus almost forty years old. I requested that they reuse it if possible. They did so, no problem.

One more vote for the superior quality of at least some materials used way back when!
