How can you tell if a Burro is the Anniversary Model? I am buying a 1999 17 foot widebody Burro and am wondering if it is the Anniversary model. Any information on the Burro would be appreciated.

Denise:
If it is a '99 and a Widebody it is the Anniversary model as far as I know. It is not clear to me what actually constitutes an "Anniversary" model, since there seems to be Burros made from more than one mold and with small variations that are visible but of no consequence practically.
I have some literature, such as the manual (quite short and generic), a brochure, and the stuff that came with many of the appliances. All on my computer so they can be gotten to you easily. For the appliances I would need the exact model to see if they match up since like in all trailers the running changes occur more or less frequently.
If you need information I'll share what I have, but you might PM me for easier communication. My unit has been heavily customized for our needs, so I have gotten into many of the systems in some detail. Maybe I can help you avoid some of the potential pitfalls. These are great units (depending on your needs) with outstanding utility and potential. Congratulations will be in order.

If it is a 99, it *probably* is.

I do not have my literature in front of me, and the page on Burros site that had that info 6 mos ago has fallen into the black hole now too.

It was mostly just upgrades to standard options such as sliding windows, a funky silverware drawer, little stuff like that.

I will see if I can get my literature and expand later.. after I wake up :-P

I thought it might be an anniversary model but was not sure. Thanks. I purchased the Burro recently on this site and it looks great! I can't wait to finally get it in a week or so.
