I have an '84 13'
Burro. The strip running down the center of the ceiling was a custom application of a teak veneered strip (see pictures). There is a sag where the strip has become unattached. I took the vent out to take a better look at the
fiberglass above the strip. It seems that there is a 1"x1" wood strip that runs down the center front to aft. The teak strip is attached to this. But the 1"x1" strip is also unattached for about 12" at the front end of the trailer. Of course there is an abundance of old hard glue involved in all of this, and I don't know how to remove it. Should I try take down all of the teak strip and risk damaging it?
