Burro microwave and storage

We just left Yellowstone after 4 days where our new Burro performed just great. However, we came away with a few questions. Anyone have any ideas for where/how we can install the microwave with those curvy walls? Also, anyone create any additional storage?

Still looking for ideas for putting the microwave in our Burro. It will not fit into the closet and we would prefer it to be closer to eye level than below the sink. It will not fit into the cupboards above the stove and sink. Has anyone done a mod of some sort?

Well I did this shelf for the TV ,maybe you could make it a little bigger. I also made one for the other side for the coffee pot.

We just put our TV on our table that we built at the front of the Burro. See attachment.

I don't have a Burro, but the microwave in my Scamp is in the cupboard below the stove. I think a number of trailer owners store the microwave wherever possible and pull it out, put it on the counter/table and use when needed.
