Buying a Trillium 4500

I am considering buying a Trillium 4500. I am new at this and not sure what to be looking for. It does not have an awning, but the frame has been cleaned up and repainted. Overall condition looks good. Are there flaws in this model I should be looking for? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Cheryl C.
