Camper Cover

Does anyone know if there are repair kits for camper covers? My cover is torn in a few spots and could use some TLC.

Repair kit for cover

I had tried Duct Tape but it didn't last long, one wicked wind and it was gone. I have to take the time to go to an RV dealership to find something, I thought I could find something Online or somebody could lead me in the right direction.

Thanks Anyway

Finn

Most RV covers are somewhat consumable items. That is to say, by the time they start ripping apart it is time for a new one. But you might look for an awning/tent repair shop near you or for repair kits for same.

Russ if you find yourself a shop that does repairs on car and boat tops they could probable repair it for you.

Or a kit on line such as this one Boat Cover Repair Kit for Canvas Covers.

Go to a fabric store and buy some water resistant material to use as a patch. Go to home building supply or a hardware store and get some spray adhesive for fabric. 3M works well. Spray the adhesive on your patch and place over the hole in your cover. Works well.

Gorilla Tape seems to work good for canopy repair both canvas and plastic. It comes in many colors and clear. We have repaired many things with Gorilla tape.
