One piece after they join them, I guess.

The differences in the weights are probably a marketing thing. The logic was that if they claimed a lower weight, then smaller tow vehicles could be used thus a larger market. Sort of the opposite of the manufactures of tow vehicles claiming that their less expensive vehicles can't tow, so they can sell larger vehicles.

Looks great for travelling with bicycles, kayaks, inflatable river rafts, etc., etc., inside. Way cool! I can imagine camping in Wyoming with a full view of the Grand Tetons out that big double rear door opening.
