Canadian source for used parts

I was able to find the elusive lower fridge vent for my Trillium 4500, the Dometic VT-24-1.

WKS Tent Trailer Rebuilder

Wes rebuilds tent trailers in or near Edmonton AB. Many of the parts used in those are what we have in our eggs. He has some used parts on site. Check out his web site to get an idea of the types of things he has.

Once I was able to connect with him, he got back to me within a day saying he had the part. That was Saturday, by Tuesday I had the vent.
Payment by credit card over the phone. Shipping details by email.

You might want to add him to your favourites, I have.

Bumping up my recommendation more than a decade later.

I reached out to Wes about a part for my furnace. The website may have changed but the great service is still the same.

For those not in the know. Many tent trailers have the same parts as our fiberglass ones. You need to search by the brand names of the components e.g. Dometic rather than by the trailer manufacturer.

Hint #2 the bag awnings for a tent trailer are the same as what our suppliers used.

Got my order in today from Wes at https://www.tenttrailerrebuilders.ca/
Everything was verified by photos & measurements before he would ship.
I can't say enough about the great service. Highly recommended.

There are a number of parts that will fit our fiberglass trailers from the tent trailers. Past purchase was a fridge vent. This time I got replacement grills for the inside and outside of my furnace. Plus some side wall brackets for my Carefree bag awning.
