I don't know about Casita, but this is one reason I bought my Cloud. I'm 6' and I can walk from "couch to dinette w/o ducking. And the floor is flat, no "well"

well a seller told me he is almost 6ft and he doesn't touch, but Jonathan from casita sales said he is 70.5" tall and his head does touch the ceiling...Im about the same height. If thats the case I guess casita isn't an option then.

I'm 5'10" and my head brushes the ceiling if I stand up straight.

We were just in a 2008 16, or so the owner said it was, but they bought it used. I'm 5' 11 at least and I was OK in it. No roof mount A/C, it was in the front by the door. I can't stand up straight in the entire inside of our Uhaul, but a small trailer is just that, a small trailer, and I can live with it. In our teardrop I can't stand at all. Lol!

The 17' casita has an extension built into the roof. I am 5'10' and I never had a problem walking in the aisle. The only place I had to stoop was the bathroom. That is one reason I took most of my showers in the campground facilities.

Take a look at EggCamper. Plenty of headroom.

The Casita brochure says the 13' and 16' both have 5' 10" of headroom and the 17' has 6' 3".
The Scamp site says both their 13' and 16' have 6' 3" of headroom.
The EggCamper has 6' 7" of headroom.
These are all measured at the highest spot, in the middle of the trailer. Headroom will decrease as you approach sides or ends. I'm 6' 4" and have plenty of headroom in the main area of our EggCamper, but have to duck a bit while standing to take a shower.

That's strange...Lil Snoozy web site advertises 6' 4" of Interior Head Room.

This is easy for me to say, because I'm only 5'7" and can stand in all trailers but a teardrop... but, I wouldn't let ceiling height be the final call on purchase, if the layout was the right one for me. In a 16'-17' trailer, you take exactly 3 steps to go from end to end. 95% of all time spent in the trailer is spent either sitting or laying down. Even cooking or doing dishes one doesn't stand perfectly upright, but more bent at the waist and/or neck. I think the only time in my life I stand perfectly straight is when I'm getting measured at the doctor's office!
YMMV

Funny you say that Donna as my hubby is continually standing up in our Scamp 13 interior height 5'10" and he is 6'. I am 5'10" and am always sitting down in there. I don't find the need to stand up in such a small space but apparently he does and then it is uncomfortable!

Good point about the three steps from back to front and spending most of one's time sitting. We needed that reminder as we search for our FG camper. THANKS!
