If your
Boler has the latex coated foam rubber so common to the genre, it can be painted with latex.
I recommend a product by Zinsser, called Perma-White.
It is mildew proof, has a fifteen year film strength and requires no primer even outside over bare wood. It can be tinted to pastel and dries to a scrubbable finish, All that at under $30 per gallon! Menards carries it (among many others.)
