Just bought a scamp 16. The cushions and upholstery needed cleaning. The upholstery came out fine after a gentle cycle in the washer. My 3200psi power washer did a great job of getting stains out of the foam but after squeezing as much water as possible out of the foam and setting them out on several warm days they still had a lot of water trapped in the foam. I ended up putting each cushion in a clean contractor plastic bag and gathered the open end around the hose of a wet/dry shop vac. A few seconds of vacuum rung almost all of the water out of them. Another day outside in dry weather finished the job.
Nice to know it works John. Having a fresh place to sleep (your dirt is cleaning than their dirt) is important. Sounds like this helps to solve the problem of days-and-days-to-dry-out-the-foam problem
