I hope you`ll have or do have something to hold the drop leaf down while travelling as you may get a lot of motion in it....Benny

I love your remod. we are trying to work on our backsplash at the moment in our trailer. Can you tell me how did you adhere the backsplash onto the ensolite?

Lorraine
Contact cement.

Yup Benny. Im sure it will bang around. Nothing a piece of velcro wont fix.

Okay now that was too easy of a solution. Why didn't we think of that. Sometimes I think we over complicate instead of looking for the solution that's under our nose..

BTW. You can buy latex contact cement which is alot easier to work with. Cleans up with water, and no fumes unlike regular contact cement. Since you working in small space it might save a few brain cells.

What are you using for a furnace? It looks like you have a T-stat mounted next to the electrical outlet on the front of the cabinet, but I don't see a furnace anywhere in the cabinet

Good eye Bonnie. . That was from the previous owner who installed a baseboard heater at the base of the bunk. We boondock so that wont work. I have a black cat in the cupboard under the stove for when it gets frosty. I decided to leave the thermostat as the baseboard can be put back in . There is a plug it plugs into as well so reinstalling it will take literally minutes..
