I took my Boler to the shop to have the fridge fixed. It has a RM36E and works on propane but not 110V. They told me the selector switch (part number 20077490002) is not available. Does anyone have any experience with removing the switch and having it repaired if at all possible? Is this part tough to remove? Can an electrician diagnose and solder or fix? Any help is appreciated. Thanks a lot !
you can quite likely find on on Ebay ...sooner or later. There are several Dometic selector switches on there right now but I am not sure if the one you need is listed. It does not have to be new....it just has to work like new
I've purchased a number of "discontinued" parts from both Ebay and Amazon. Most have been new, just imported from China. Just takes a little research with a correct part number, name, or sometimes, just a description.
