Dometic RM2410 Frig problem

The Dometic RM2410 frig in my 2005 Scamp 16 S/D recently stopped working on AC. (Seems to be fine on propane.) The heating coil measures 90 ohms, so problem must be in the switch or thermostat, but how do you get at them to check them??

I removed the two screws in the control panel, but it doesn't want to come open. How do you get at the control panel?? (Dometic documentation shows how to check switch, but doesn't tell you how to get at it.)

Anyone ever replaced the switch or AC thermostat on one of these units??

Thanks,

Duncan
