Door on a 19' 5th

I'm having trouble getting the door to seal all the way around ! It seals great everywhere but the top rear corner . I put new hing bolts & balls on , new door latch & striker and I have put the new seal kit from scamp on ! Everything looks great but the top rear corner . It looks like it needs to go in about 1/4 of an inch but I don't know how to do it. Any help would be great . Wes
