Drying Time for Caulking, Dynaflex

Hello folks. How do I know if my caulking of my Boler seams are ready for painting? What if it isn't dry all the way through to the shell! I am anxious to get interior ready for the Zinzer 123 primer! Can I fill in any shrinkage effort dry all the way through? Don't want to run into problems later after finish coat....

It should say on the instructions on the tube what the drying and cure time is.

Curing time

I suppose with thin thickness, 2-3 hours is enough, but I have some wide, deep seam gaps here and there so I know the material near the shell will still be soft...

Most caulks are good to paint as soon as they skim over. Still wouldn't hurt to look at what the label says.
