The AC unit in my Bigfoot wasnt working one day,
so I got on roof, took off top cover and low and behold..
a piece of styrofoam dislodged and blocked fan. Threw out styrofoam and
Runs like a charm now.
Can you imagine what a repair facility would have charged for this???

Moral, investigate your problems first,

Moral, investigate your problems first,
Absolutely Most home appliance manuals, in the troubleshooting section, state: "Is the appliance plugged in," or something to that affect. I'm a DIY kinda person...do just about anything to save myself some $$ over a call to a service person.
