Thumbs up

Hi all,
I scored a used FF, but it was connected to a wall thermostat (I don't have) and I'm not sure how to wire it... hoping for some help here . Black/white for fan power are separate from the 5 others which are grouped together in a molex type connector. Of these 5, I assume 3 wires are for the 3 speeds and the other 2 for the motorized vent "raiser". Wires are Red, Blue, Brown, Pink, and Blue with red stripe. I have a switch(?) for 3 speeds, but not yet an on/off switch or vent raiser switch.
TIA,
John

Did you try contacting the FF company ?
I have heard they are easy to work with.

You MIGHT find what you need here: Document Center - Fans and Vents - Powered and Non-Powered Vents, Domes and Range Hoods, perhaps a schematic or two...

Thanks to both of you! I just talked with Larry at Fantastic Fan and I'm glad I had the info from the document center to describe it to him. They are sending me a new controller free ~ I am sure to get my next fan through them. Customer service is unparalleled!
And, when I get it I'll try to get the wiring figured out and posted.

The people at FF are the greatest and most accommodating people you will ever deal with.
The thermostat was probably low voltage so make sure you have the correct schematic. Wiring it wrong could burn some components.

I'll second that. The customer service and product support from FF is wonderous.
