Fiberglass counter in Scamp

I just purchased a convection oven to use in the Scamp when I have hookups! On the way home the thought hit me that there's nothing under the bottom of the oven to protect the counter from the heat when in use. I don't want to mount it permanently. I just want to place it on the counter sometimes. What can I use underneath to protect my counter?

Thanks for the link. My only concern is that it doesn't specify up to what degree of protection. I imagine, I could order two and place on top of each other -
