Fiberglass/Reflectix/Headliner - What Order?

For those that have put reflectix and headliner (vinyl, rat fur etc) on the fiberglass walls of their trailers - Did you put the reflectix on the walls then the headliner on the relectix. Or did you put the headliner on the reflectix first then put that on the wall. My thinking is that it would be easier to apply the headliner to the reflectix while the reflectix is flat on the floor and also you would only have to deal with the corners in the trailer once. Thanks.

If your wall covering fabric is flexible --akin to auto headliner or RV rat fur-- you should definitely affix the Reflectix to the walls first. That said, all applicable wiring should be secured to your fiberglass before the insulation goes up. If you don' t have access to a professional glue spray gun, 3M Super 90 spray glue works great. I use HVAC "aluminum" tape to secure seams and edges of the reflectix. Then I glue the fabric to the insulation.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am in the process of replacing all the wiring and have purchased reflectix and the aluminium tape for the seams. I am assuming you used the Super 90 spray to afix the insulation to the walls and also the headliner to the insulation.
