Good point. We don't have a fan..... Makes sense that they are 12v, Doh!
It would be possible to wire a 110v outlet and use a 12v wall wart to run the fan in the vent. That would also let you put a microwave
in that cabinet (we did).
Or, on the inside of the cabinet under or above the fridge
there will be a 12v pair going into the wall light
over the passenger side couch. One could put in a small box and tap that circuit. Or, Like Frederick said, go off the Kitchen side light
