Frame repair shops

I'm about to seperate my egg from the frame. Once apart I would like to send the frame out for some reinforcing, repair any thin spots and put a new axle under everything.
I would like to beef the frame up enough for a bike rack as well.
The axle I can do myself, but does anyone know of a good shop in the Lower Mainland / Fraser Valley for frame repair?

Give Escape Trailers a call - I know a lot of people have gotten complete new axles for various fiberglass trailers from them and apparently by Lower Mainland standards at a very good price - they may have someone who does frame repairs as well.
