gas fridge wont light

My gas fridge stopped working on gas. It works fine on 110. When I got the RV last summer it worked fine, but as the season wore on, it slowly quit working. furnace and stove work just fine. (always have, still do)

Now this spring, I cant even get the pilot light to stay lit. I tried using an air compressor to 'blow out' the line, but that didn't work.

Any suggestions..?

Thanks in advance.

My money is on spiders. You may need to partially disassemble the burner to get the webs all out.

Get out your manual or go to the document center and follow the instructions for cleaning the burner. Carbon can drop down and plug things up. When I've done it , the orifice ( cleaned with alcohol only) always looks good. The flue and the grate always need cleaning. Raz

If it won't stay lit you probably need a new thermocouple.

They're very generic so you can probably find one at your local hardware.

Mud daubers always stop mine up.
Great advice above. Leaves nothing else to say.

I'm with Penny on the thermocouple. it's a cheap part too so if IS something else, you're not out too much.
