As you can see in my dissection of the blower, there are no bearings other then the motor itself. Maybe some lube in the motor. It is a 12VDC motor, reminds me of the motors in remote control cars. I have no idea where one could be found. The critical dimensions would be shaft diameter and length, mounting screw spacing, and length of the motor housing. Power consumption would be important as well.

When I turned it on, I was kinda impressed by how quiet it is.

Here is a close up of the name plate on the motor.

BTW if you are selling your trailer, would you consider selling the blower separately?
