Help! I don't know what my trailer is!!!

Bought this trailer this past summer but can't figure out the brand. Hopefully the pics I pist here come through and you can see for yourself. The metal tag near the door says it's Land and Sea Intl. but there is nothing online about this company making vintage trailers, it's like it doesn't exist. It looks like a Scamp but the Land and Sea Intl has me perplexed. Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

I think it's actually an El Macho, made by Land & Sea International. You'll have better luck when searching FiberglassRV for info about the El Macho.

Just a note....a company doesn't make vintage trailers, time does!

Looks like it was manufactured 1970-something?

Someone here will know something about the company...nice looking trailer!

Totally, that's just my way of describing the trailer. I'm with you on time making things vintage.

Made in ‘79 is vintage. I was made in ‘49. What’s that make me? Ancient?

It means you have already exceeded the shelf life average expiration date that the government pasted on you in the year you were born. So perhaps an appropriate "what's that make me?" expression would be ..."past your prime"

I think Alf is mostly right: When you get the frame issues sorted out it will be all downhill from there.

I've used the phrase: "It's all down hill from here!" many times over the years and have found that it can be taken both positively and negatively. I always meant it to be that it's easy coasting from here, the hard part is over, but I've had a few people react as if I meant nothing good is going to happen, everything gets worse from here. I guess it depends on your point of view of life.

I think it's a really cute trailer -- any photos of the inside?

Best of luck,

Harold
