Help me figure out my new Boler Fridge/ Heater system

Hi
I recently bought a 1976 Boler and I am trying to wrap my head around the whole electrical/ propane system.
See attached shot for my system.

Have no idea of what any of these knobs do? Can someone please dumb this down for me?

I have the main propane tank turned on and figured out that I can turn the gas valve on the right of the right white knob that I can get the propane stove working inside. Over I am having a hell of a time getting the pilot lit.

Another question is...If I have the 110 main power plugged in will it recharge the car battery I have attached to the 12v terminals?

Any help will be appreciated.
Cheers

I found a thread that might be helpful to you. There is a set of instructions for lighting an Escort fridge like yours. I don't know if it's the same model, but the way they describe it, it sounds a lot like your photo.

As for the other question- It depends. If your trailer has a converter it will step down 120v power to 12v for your battery, and it will charge.

Googling this site using the Search function and the bottom drop down option (google) resulted in the following from another thread on the same topic.

"ESCORT MINI-15 Fridge/Cooler – Gas operation instructions

Electric switch must be in the “Off” position.
Open gas valve. (on right gas at gas line)
Press red button on safety valve and hold for 10 – 15 seconds (this is to clear air from the gas line).
Light match. Press red button again and apply flame to burner. Keep red button depressed for 30 seconds or until burner remains lit after releasing.
Remarks: The safety valve will automatically shut off the gas supply should the flame be extinguished for any reason.

When using standard propane cylinders a regulator reducing pressure to 11 inches W.C. must be fitted.

To run on electric, you would turn the gas off, then simply flip the switch the type of electricity you are using."

I have never used this type/model fridge but from personal experience if I have not used a fridge on gas for a long time it can often be a challenge to get the pilot to light. Somethings that help is to light a stove burner first to get the propane lines full. Also use a lighter to warm up the coupler area of the fridge before lighting.
If that fails then it may be you need to take it apart and give the burner a good cleaning and or replace the thermo coupler.

If you have a power converter in the trailer then when you plug the trailer into 110 power (depending on what the power supply size is to your trailer 30 amp or 110 you may need a power adapter to do that) it will/should recharge the trailers battery.

If you follow the 120v line in from the shore hookup, take a photo of any box it runs into and post it here. A converter will have the 120v line running into it and the 12v lines running out. Apart from that I'm not very good at describing them. If you find a manufacturer name on anything you come across, you might have some luck googling that name.

I guess it's all been stripped out at some point. Followed the 120v in it goes behind kitchen cabinets and straight up the pole to the overhead kitchen light. No box.
That solves that issue then.
Now just need to try out the propane again.
