We're cleaning up and rebuilding the Burro's
windows and have found most of the rubber glazing bead stuff on the Pelland site. But there are two things I have yet to locate a source for. Any suggestions?
One of these is a rubber strip that gets stuck along the upright stiles in the window, against which the sliders get sealed. Cannot find anything like it anywhere I've looked so far.
The other is a rigid plastic slider channel. I figure I can use the stuff labeled "felt channel" if necessary but thought I'd poke around for something similar first. The sample I got from Pelland was rubber and it's a mystery to me how anything slides on rubber. This channel's profile is 3/8 inch high and 3/8 inch wide.
Thanks in advance for any help!
