help with WFCO installation

Help. I have a new WFCO 8712 converter charger. My current Scamp13 has no converter. I am pretty sure how to connect it to my 110v line, and to the battery etc. except that I have two questions.
1. The wiring diagram says to connect the provided Y shaped black line to a 15Amp breaker. Do I connect one, both, or one of each end to two different 15A breakers?
2. It looks like there are 4 12v circuits that need fuses. I am assuming I use standard 15A automotive fuses here. is that correct?

I would NOT use 4 15A 12V DC fuses. If I read the specs correctly, the 8712 converter has a total 12V output of 12A.

Now on your circuits, its typical to have one for lights. Assuming you have LED lights (if not, I would change them), you probably only need a couple of amps on that circuit. Maybe use a 5A fuse, if not less.
