Hinge help needed

Added new stainless bolts and brass balls to hinges:
-Problem is need to undue hinge from the door or body side to realign door as over to rear at top and to front at bottom.
-Screws look to be aluminum screwed into an aluminum hinge part and they are going to strip rather than loosen. Need ideas to loosen them with out stripping screw head.
If not possible will drill and maybe tap if so what thread size?

Can't use heat. Too small for easy outs. Impact tool might hurt the door. Can't use vice grips. Best thought for the moment is this: Assuming the screws are a Phillips head, you have a ready made center. Drill it out to the inner thread diameter and whats left of the screw will come out like a piece of wire, then clean the threads with a tap. This way you don't damage the hinge body or the door itself. Raz

I had a motorcycle that had aluminum screws into an aluminum case and used a impact screwdriver. Here is a link to a cheap one.

P.Raz and Bill K Thanks for the ideas.
Will carefully try my electric screw driver set to a light impact. Door and Wall construction maybe to delicate then drill the screws out if needed.
Soft aluminum Robinson screws may strip

You might want to try some Kano Kroil(tm) penetrating oil lubricant on them. Let it soak in for a while and try to unscrew them. It has extremely good capillary action to work itself into tight joints.

Let us know what works. One never knows when one might be in a similar situation.

I couldn't get them out of the door, but they did come out of the body.

Hi: All... Her's a pic of the Boler door after I drilled out the hinge screws. I filled the holes with Tech Steel avail at auto supply stores hardens in about 1hr. file flat and center the door in the opening with th hinges attached to the body so you can mark the new holes for the door. I used Scamp hardware to attach the door. Bolts and acorn nuts.
