If the power cord on your trailer is 15 Amp, you just need a pigtail - 30 Amp Male to 15 Amp Female, like the one here:
30 Amp Male to 15 Amp Female RV Pigtail Power Adapter
Your trailer won't draw more than 15 Amps, regardless of the source power.
Most people have the opposite requirement - plugging a 30 Amp trailer power cord into a 15 Amp source. They use a pigtail as well, but it's a 30 Amp female to 15 amp male.
