Looks like the leaks were coming from the ceiling vent and the inlet to the "city water" connector (which was dry-rotted) Those black dots were just where the foam separated from the vinyl cover. Scrubbed half of the interior with TSP tonight, will try to finish tomorrow. Hard to get in done working full time and juggling a 4- and 6-year-old, but we'll get there. Really want it sleep-able by Memorial Day weekend.

both easy fixes. Get your rivet gun out and pick up a roll of butyl tape. Have had to replace the city water connection - that a fast and easy one. The roof vent has a lot more rivets to drill out but once you have it off - the hardest job/ time consuming to do will be cleaning off any old caulking. I tried out the DAP Caulk Be Gone last weekend and was REALLY happy with how well it worked - worked best if you just put it over the old caulking and left it for a few hours. Have used other products in the past but its now my current new fav!
