Are you looking for the "Rockguard" the three panel cover over the front window?

Pam Garlow, similar problem but I install plexiglass for replacement last summer.

I would have liked found one Plexiglas darker. My wife likes the light and the visibility which we have when we make a stop to eat on the road.... Instead of the bed in front I modified for a small very useful table.

Hunter Rock Guard

You might try contacting some of the suppliers/rebuilders in the "Canned Ham" (50's & 60's) trailer market. The design is fairly standard for that time period and a larger one can be easily cut down as they aren't welded.
BTW: the original Hunter used a full width pivot bar, not hinges.

Side window awning

Welcome to the forum.

Could you post a picture of the side window awning as it looks when extended from the trailer? I'm interested in the mechanics of the support structure.

Is that what you are looking for?

One of my awnings just crapped out on me, it keeps unfolding during travel, I think there is a spring loaded mechanism that must have given out

I think you will have to make your own front window guard. Many of the metal parts and fiberglass are available at Home Depot.
