I need a pop-up roof gasket for a Hunter Compact II. Does anyone know where I can get one or what strip grommet material could be used instead?

Would something like this work for you? It is also available in a configuration where instead of a "D" shape, it would be on the end of the "U" shaped piece. I got it from an automotive paint supply store called Space Age Paint in Mesa Az.
