I have a source for TrailsWest Campster Decals

I have been talking to a gentleman on ebay (who does beautiful reproduction logos) and sent him the logos from our site for the campster.

He will do a color (brown black gray) logo, 14 inches wide for 20.00 each if we can send him an order for three, one transaction, but he will ship to three addresses.

I know there has been talk in this forum about this.

Please let me know if you are interested and I will coordinate it.

Thanks. jimbo

I'm going to check size and colors. Anyone who has color still showing on a campster decal, please weigh in!

Please keep us posted Jimbo. It would be nice to have a back up or alternate source for the Trillium 4500 decals.

Thanks Jimbo,
Pardon the pun but,
I don't want to put all our eggs in one basket, waiting for Tom from Trillium RV to come through with the blue Trillium decals.

Campster logo

Just measured our Campster logo-looks like it's 17 inches wide instead of 14 inches and 7 inches high.
Did they have different sizes of logo?

Mine was a guesstimate based on my faded logo (or what's left ). Thanks for measuring

I'll measure both of mine and see if Front and back are the same. Back still has enough color, too, to guess at correct coloring. I want an exact fit since I'll put it over the original, most likely. (Not sure it is removable.)

I think it is on the bottom of the door but without looking I'm not sure. I'll take a picture, too. Raining (sort of) right now.

This is the logo on the door where it has faded the least. As you can see, it had a tan background, and I think the letters were probably black since they faded so much. Horn tip to horn tip it is 15 inches (same as the one on the front) and the decal itself is 18 inches wide. (Measuring the white edge that you can faintly see in the photo. I figured horn to horn would be reproducible but if not I can get more detailed measurements.)

He has some made measuring 13 1/2 inches side to side. They look pretty good. I am attaching a
Copy of the photo of it.

If we can order 5 or more total (as a group) it would be $16 each. If less than 5 then $17.50 each.

Take a look and let me know

...Jim

I'm not sure I can use one that size- not in back, for sure, as I'd have to totally remove the original or it would show through. It may work in front. It looks very nice.

Bobbie, old decals are not all that hard to remove. Your new decals will last longer if affixed to the fiberglass rather than on top of an old decal too.

I don't know how easy they are to remove after 43 years, and they are likely to leave the surface looking different than what wasn't covered with a graphic.

I used the 3M magic eraser and scrub down with bar keepers friend And a scouring pad afterwards. Made the surface look really good and ready for the RMP

I asked if he could so bigger ill let you all know when I hear back from
Him
