Geez, nobody liked my gyroscope and shifting counterweight suggestion. *sniff* So much for applying engineering and science to this vexing problem. I'm going to go hide under my desk and pout now. *sniff*

I just thought using that approach might mean burning less calories which might not be a good thing either.

The problem with gyroscopes is the high surge current needed to get them up to speed. It overwhelms my roof mounted photon interceptor.

400 kg of depleted uranium might overload my axle.

Right. I try to go with depleted uranium lite. It is mixed with recycled packing peanuts.

The packing peanuts may cause sounds that attract more attention than the rocking.

In order to keep the weight down the gyroscope would also need to be built out of carbon fiber but I seem to recall reading it may have issues if subjected to repetitive stress.

Dudes,
for me Physics 101 was more than a quarter century ago. Surely things must have changed by then. I know I have.
Remember when the experts said the world was flat? I can never see that.

Bit rusty but I think it has something to do with G= M1 squared x M2 squared over R squared or something like that. Barring the Lorentz contraction.

Sorry I am a bio boy, not physics nor physio. I'm a stupid lazy bum.
