Installation of an Atwood Hydroflame 8500-IV

I've run out of flat wall space to install a furnace in my Surfside, except for the space under the seats in the rear. I cannot see an issue with installing it there as it meets all the minimum space requirements and can easily be vented to the outside .. anyone see any issues? Noise perhaps for the people sleeping on top of it maybe? (though it would be about the same distance from my head than the original furnace (oooollldddd Hydroflame). Thoughts?

Also, when they are talking minimum recommended return air (80 sq inches in this case), are they talking about the intake air vent? Inside the trailer?
