Just got a Compact Family Wagon

Hi there- I may have one of the rarest trailers on here. I picked up a 1978 Family Wagon by Compact of Chatsworth, CA.
The only other one I have seen is a picture of one on FGRV. Same colors.
My problem is, I would like to replace the "half inch Tylon foam insulation" that is sagging and starting to break down. Anyone had a similar modification? Would like to hear ideas, do's and don'ts, etc.

Also, Im needing to eventually replace the canvas and screen around the pop-up. Any ideas for where to go?
