Keeping the "banana door" closed

We call the funky cupboard door above the table "the banana door". I have not managed to adjust the magnet thingy nor the little metal pin that slides in between the two little rollers to keep the door shut.

So I'm thinking about something more drastic that would physically keep the door from opening, something from the outside.

Can anybody help?

They make a clip lock door handle locks for trailers that need the buttons to be pushed to open the door.
