I've got one of these recalled extinguishers in my Scamp.

Here is a link to the Canadian governments recall notice.

I found the model numbers to be different from the US site.

I have one of the affected models in my home but not in the date range. My older model was date stamped on the underside, as indicated on the label. Will check the trailers extinguisher tomorrow.

I only own extinguishers with metal valves. My local fire extinguisher shop won't sell or recharge those with the plastic valves. Fortunately I've only had to use one once, one of my 20 pounders on a chimney fire and it worked perfect.

Thanks Donna. My Casita extinguisher was on the list. Sadly, rather than giving consumers a certificate to redeem, Kidde is sending a new unit. Tough on fulltimers.
